Learning outcomes:

The candidate:

  • plans own work and prepares the workplace taking into account the programme of work,
  • controls environmental conditions,
  • accepts, unloads and palletises starting materials, semi-finished products and finished products,
  • stores materials, semi-finished products and finished products,
  • prepares and delivers raw materials, packaging and semi-finished products to the production plant and delivers finished products to the customer,
  • takes samples,
  • labels packaging units and pallets,
  • keeps the required records of work and labels material,
  • ensures the quality of work in accordance with the requirements of the quality system,
  • maintains the cleanliness of working premises and inspect equipment,
  • receives and provides information about work,
  • performs work in such a way as not to present a threat to people and the environment.

Evaluator:

Verification and assessment are carried out by committees for the verification and validation of national vocational qualifications, appointed by the National Examination Centre (NEC). Committee members must be licensed by the National Examination Centre. Licences may be found here.

Assesment and completion:

VALIDATION

During the counselling process, the candidate prepares a portfolio. The relevant committee assesses the portfolio and recognises the catalogue content in part or in full. If the committee is unable to recognise all catalogue content, it assigns tasks to the candidate for verification.

METHOD OF VERIFICATION

Practical verification with an oral presentation.
