Candidate:

  • plans, prepares, implements and controls its own work in creating websites,
  • plans the rational use of time and space on the server media,
  • a systematic approach to finding solutions to problems that arise,
  • participates in the group and leads the team for creating the website,
  • effectively uses computer tools and monitors new software tools and their development,
  • cooperates with clients in defining and performing tasks related to the creation of websites,
  • produces user-friendly instructions for using the website,
  • maintains, restores and updates websites.

Evaluator:

Verification and assessment are carried out by committees for the verification and validation of national vocational qualifications, appointed by the National Examination Centre (NEC). Committee members must be licensed by the National Examination Centre. Licences may be found here.

METHODS OF VERIFICATION OF VOCATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • The content of the assessment is determined by the commission for the examination and certification of knowledge and skills on the basis of a preliminary examination of the candidate's portfolio, which necessarily also includes the candidate's product - the website on the CD;
  • in the practical task, the candidate demonstrates mastery of tools for creating web pages and mastery of work with existing web pages (evaluation, improvement, integration of elements);
  • the oral defense includes a presentation and explanation of the submitted websites and practical assignments, as well as open thematic questions, where the candidate proves knowledge and understanding of professional content.

Conditions for obtaining a public document:

Candidates demonstrate attainment of the knowledge, skills and competences defined in the catalogue of standards of vocational knowledge and skills.

Awarding body:

Providers of procedures for identifying and validating national vocational qualifications are entered in a register of providers maintained in the relevant database of the National Reference Point for Occupational Qualifications. Providers include: vocational schools, companies, inter-company training centres, adult education centres, chambers of commerce, etc.
