Learning outcomes:

Qualification holders will have developed, supplemented, enhanced and updated their legal knowledge in a narrow field of law and trained to undertake applied, autonomous, professionally critical and responsible work in the legal profession. They will have developed special knowledge of corporate law topics, consolidated and enhanced their awareness of the importance of law as an instrument for regulating social relationships, developed their rhetorical skills, consolidated and refined their feeling for the correct comprehension and interpretation of legal norms and for fairness and professional ethics.

Assesment and completion:

Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

Students may progress to the next year if by the end of the academic year they have completed all requirements defined by the study programme for progression to the next year.
