The qualification holder will be able to:

  • analyse, synthesise and anticipate solutions and consequences in the general management and business fields, 
  • use analytical methods, tools and procedures in R&D work in the field of management and business administration, 
  • show critical thinking and judgement,
  • use modern concepts from the business administration field (above all understanding the functioning of organisations at the strategic and business levels, familiarity with the principles that regulate the functioning of the business environment, basics of company management) in order to identify and address problems at the level of the company and broader society, 
  • apply theoretical knowledge and actual cases, 
  • demonstrate knowledge, motivation and skills that ensure preparation for a career in the practical business world in the most demanding professional, research/analytical and management positions in various segments of the business sector and public administration, 
  • demonstrate autonomy and initiative at work, a capacity for lifelong learning and the ability to adapt to new conditions, 
  • develop communication and leadership skills and work in multidisciplinary groups at all levels of the organisation,

Assesment and completion:
Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

 

Progress:

Students may progress to the next year if by the end of the academic year they have completed all requirements defined by the study programme for progression to the next year.
