At least one year of work experience in the field of designing digital solutions (websites, online applications and/or mobile applications), which the candidate proves with authentic documents (reference letters from the employer, employment contracts, project work contracts, proof of student work, etc.) .) and with at least one own product (a working digital solution) with a declaration of co-authorship and with the indicated active link or

at least two own products (two working digital solutions) with a declaration of co-authorship and with active links indicated, or
at least two own products (one working digital solution and a personal digital presentation/s of the collection folder) with a declaration of co-authorship and with indicated active links.

Learning outcomes:

The candidate is able to:

  • plan, prepare, implement and control your work and the work of the group in the design of digital solutions: online, mobile and other digital solutions
  • to ensure the quality and success of one's own work in the working environment in accordance with standards in the field of digital solutions development
  • use information and communication technology, taking into account the security aspect
  • use computer tools effectively and monitor new software tools in the field of digital solutions and their development
  • systematically approach solving problems that arise in the field of developing digital solutions
  • communicate with clients in the definition and implementation of orders related to the design of digital solutions and with developers of digital solutions
  • design digital solutions in accordance with the guidelines of good user experience and digital accessibility for vulnerable groups
  • restore and update the graphic image of digital solutions
  • take into account the requirements of market research and trends in the field of digital solutions
  • ensure the effectiveness of the integrated operation of the digital solution
  • protect health and the environment and act according to the principles of sustainable development

Evaluator:

Verification and assessment are carried out by committees for the verification and validation of national vocational qualifications, appointed by the National Examination Centre (NEC). Committee members must be licensed by the National Examination Centre. Licences may be found here.

Assesment and completion:

VALIDATION

During the guidance process the candidate prepares a portfolio,  which is assessed by a committee. If the portfolio submitted by the candidate contains  authentic, valid and adequate proof of the knowledge,  skills and competences defined in the occupational standard, the committee may:

  • validate the contents of the occupational standard in full,  
  • validate the contents of the occupational standard in part and define the  knowledge, skills and competence to be verified,  
  • refuse to validate any of the contents of the occupational standard because  the candidate has not provided proof of any of the knowledge, skills and competences  defined in the occupational standard, in which case it will verify  the occupational standard in full.

VERIFICATION METHOD 

Practical assessment with oral defense.

Before the direct examination, the candidate produces/designs the following products (can be from a personal collection folder) and makes improvements in front of the committee:

  • creation of a digital solution (website, online or/and mobile application), which is delivered via an active link, with which the candidate demonstrates mastery of the work (artistic design, interactivity, integration of elements...) and
  • practical implementation of the improvement of the digital solution selected by the commission.

Conditions for obtaining a public document:

Candidates demonstrate attainment of the knowledge, skills and competences defined in the catalogue of standards of vocational knowledge and skills.

Awarding body:

Providers of procedures for identifying and validating national vocational qualifications are entered in a register of providers maintained in the relevant collection of the National Reference Point for Occupational Qualifications. Providers include: vocational schools, companies, inter-company training centres, adult education centres, chambers of commerce, etc.
