  • a completed study programme set out in the fourth paragraph of Article 36 of the Higher Education Act, if the programme is assessed at 300 credits; or
  • a completed undergraduate study programme of at least four years in the field of law, administration and business or social sciences, if the candidate demonstrates visible success in research or professional work that can be evaluated at 60 credits; or
  • a completed Professional Bachelor Degree programme and study programme to obtain a specialisation, if the candidate completes additional course units in the amount of 30–60 credits (determined by the academic committee depending on the category of study programme); or
  • a completed master of science degree or specialist study after completion of an Academic Bachelor Degree programme in law, administration and business and social sciences, where 60–120 credits are recognised.

Assesment and completion:
Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

 

Progress:

Students may progress to the next year if by the end of the academic year they have completed all requirements defined by the study programme for progression to the next year.

Conditions for obtaining a public document:

The conditions for completing studies are: successful completion of two seminars, published scientific article or active participation at a scientific conference, passing grade and successful defence for dissertation.
