  • Knowledge and understanding of the foundations of economy, economics and other business sciences, important for a successful entrepreneurship, property management, financial intermediation and property guidance and counselling;

Subject-specific technical-technological competences acquired under elective contents of the programme:

  • Professional planning, organisation, implementation and analysis of a presentation event of property management;
  • Forming various types of offer according to the customer/investor type and market situation, taking into account domestic, European and global financial trends;
  • Ability to implement administrative and technical procedure, connected to the purchase of various financial products;
  • Ability to create an integral product of investment portfolio in line with the needs, desires and abilities of a target group;
  • Ability to position an integral product of property guidance and counselling in comparison with competitive offers;
  • Ability to optimise investment-product mix in order to maximise the effect for customers;
  • Mastery of the key factors of supply and demand for financial products and ways of designing and managing effective programmes of property guidance and counselling;
  • Inter-personal abilities for all the elements of a successful counselling, from checking status to planning of measures and implementation;
  • Broad knowledge of less standard investment products at home and globally (timetable business, foreign exchange speculations, precious metal, etc.).

Assesment and completion:

Examination performance is scored as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

Progress:

Students may progress to the next year if by the end of the academic year they have completed all requirements defined by the study programme for progression to the next year. Full-time students may progress to the next year when they have completed study requirements (seminars, practical classes, examination) accumulating 40 credits of the enrolled year year and least 52 credits of the previous year.

Conditions for obtaining a public document:

In order to successfully complete the undergraduate study programme Property Guidance and Counselling, students must complete all compulsory course units and professional practice, and defend a bachelor’s thesis. In this case students accumulate 180 credits and acquired the professional title of Graduate in Economics.
