Admission requirements Entry conditions:
  • General secondary or secondary technical education,
  • a medical certificate of medical fitness for work as a municipal warden issued by a specialist practitioner of occupational and sports medicine;
  • completed professional training under the programme for municipal wardens, with the exception of candidates holding a secondary technical police officer's qualification, provided such candidates' employment relationship in the police has not terminated more than five years before, employment as a municipal warden;
  • the candidate has not been convicted by a binding judgment of an intentional criminal offence for which a prosecution may be brought ex officio and has not been sentenced to a non-suspended prison term of more than six months;
  • the candidate is not being prosecuted for a criminal offence referred to in the preceding indent.

Evaluator:

Verification and assessment are carried out by committees for the verification and validation of national vocational qualifications, appointed by the National Examination Centre (NEC). Committee members must be licensed by the National Examination Centre. Licences may be found here.

Assesment and completion:

VALIDATION

During the counselling process, the candidate prepares a portfolio. The relevant committee assesses the portfolio and validates catalogue content in part or full. If the committee is unable to recognise all catalogue content, it assigns tasks to the candidate for verification.

VERIFICATION METHOD

Verification takes place in writing (60 minutes), orally and through a practical test with oral presentation.

Conditions for obtaining a public document:

Candidates demonstrate attainment of the knowledge, skills and competences defined in the catalogue of standards of vocational knowledge and skills.

Awarding body:

Providers of procedures for identifying and validating national vocational qualifications are entered in a register of providers maintained in the relevant database of the National Reference Point for Occupational Qualifications. Providers include: vocational schools, companies, inter-company training centres, adult education centres, chambers of commerce, etc.
