Learning outcomes:
  • Qualification holders will be capable of mastering specific problems in the regulation of labour relationships and the guaranteeing of social security for employees in organised enterprise, the management of economic operators with an emphasis on the regulation of working with people at work and legal assistance in the field of labour law and social relationships in enterprise crisis situations.
  • They will also demonstrate mastery of legal arrangements regarding collective labour relationships and the recognition of social partnership, with a focus on specific relationships, in particular the concluding of collective agreements at the enterprise level and participation in social partnership outside their own forms of organisation.
  • Qualification holders will so be familiar with issues relating to the foundations of the social security system, the principles of social security and the type and scope of social security at all levels.
  • The knowledge they will have mastered includes the field of "specific aspects of the regulation of labour and social relationships outside the business enterprise sector."
  • Qualification holders will also be capable of working effectively with other experts in the fields of economic law, economics, organisation and internal financial operations.
  • They will also be capable of direct participation in internationally organised economic operators and creative cooperation in the incorporation of Slovenia and Slovenia's economic system into international economic associations, in particular the European Union.

Assesment and completion:

Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

Conditions for obtaining a public document:

In order to complete their studies, students must successfully pass a test of knowledge on the content of 10 (ten) syllabuses of subjects from the curriculum, write five seminar papers and write and successfully defend a master's thesis. Graduates of this programme must complete the programme by the 30.9.2016.
