The qualification holder will be able to:
  • independently organise and manage work in the field of social activities,
  • independently solve problems to find comprehensive solutions,
  • understand the interconnection of the functions of non-profit organisation management, social policy and regional cohesion,
  • demonstrate familiarity with the principles of charity and solidarity,
  • organise and lead the work of non-governmental organisations, community projects and private organisations,
  • cooperate in multi-disciplinary teams,
  • develop communication skills with various target groups,
  • apply research methods, procedures and processes to improve the quality of organising social activities,
  • use information and communication technology for support of work and management of data,
  • network, introduce innovation and offer assistance,
  • demonstrate autonomy, a critical approach and commitment to quality by taking responsibility for their own work.

Assesment and completion:
Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

Students may progress to the next year if by the end of the academic year they have completed all requirements defined by the study programme for progression to the next year.
