  • consulting on proper selection, safe use and operation of dermocosmetic products,
  • production of compounded dermocosmetic products,
  • analysis and quality control of dermocosmetic products,
  • research work in the field of cosmetic products,
  • ability to conduct analyses of skin, hair and nail condition, 
  • familiarity with and use of regulations in the field of cosmetic products and changes to them resulting from adjustment to technical advances,
  • development of cosmetic products from skin-care formulations on the basis of regulatory requirements.

 

 

Assesment and completion:

Examination performance is scored as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, the candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

Progress:

In order to progress to the second year, students must meet in full the requirements defined by the programme and syllabuses for the first year, obtaining a total of 60 ECTS credits. In order to progress to the third year, students must meet all requirements defined by the programme and syllabuses for the second year, with the exception of the elective subject. This means that students must obtain at least 55 ECTS credits for the second year.

A condition for completing studies is that the candidate has successfully completed all study requirements defined by the programme, for a total of 180 ECTS credits.
