Admission requirements
  • Secondary general or technical education and at least five years’ experience in project work or
  • higher or academic technical education and at least four years’ experience in project work or
  • university or specialist studies and at least three years’ experience in project work or
  • master’s studies and at least one year’s experience in project work.
Each candidate must produce a seminar paper, which includes the start-up part of the project study, phase reports and a report on project conclusion.

Candidates will be able to:
  • define the project aims in cooperation with the client,
  • formulate a project implementation plan,
  • define the organisation, method of cooperation and communication for members of the project team and store documents,
  • organise the implementation of project activities,
  • head the project team,
  • participate professionally in the implementation of project activities,
  • check project implementation,
  • report to the supervisor or director of projects on project implementation.

Verification and assessment are carried out by committees for the verification and validation of national vocational qualifications, appointed by the National Examination Centre (NEC). Committee members must be licensed by the National Examination Centre. Licences may be found here [2].

VALIDATION
During the counselling process, the candidate prepares a portfolio. The relevant committee assesses the portfolio and validates the catalogue content in part or full. If the committee is unable to validate all catalogue content, it assigns tasks to the candidate for verification. 
VERIFICATION METHOD
Oral presentation of seminar assignment.

 

Candidates demonstrate attainment of the knowledge, skills and competences defined in the catalogue of standards of vocational knowledge and skills.

Providers of procedures for identifying and validating national vocational qualifications are entered in a register of providers maintained in the relevant database of the National Reference Point for Occupational Qualifications. Providers include: vocational schools, companies, inter-company training centres, adult education centres and chambers of commerce.
