Candidates are able to:

  • implement of construction project under the Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer (RED FIDIC Book) or under Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build for Electrical and Mechanical Plant and for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Contractor (YELLOW FIDIC Book)
  • relate claims, rights and obligations with specific clauses in FIDIC contracts,
  • distinguish provisions under the Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer (RED FIDIC Book) and under Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build for Electrical and Mechanical Plant and for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Contractor (YELLOW FIDIC Book) from the provisions of the Slovenian construction legislation
  • prepare Special Conditions of Contract under Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer (RED FIDIC Book) and under Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build for Electrical and Mechanical Plant and for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Contractor (YELLOW FIDIC Book)
  • identify which provisions of Special Conditions of Contract are unlawful and why.

  • Oral and written examination.

  • attendance at lectures (at least 75%)
  • successfully passed written and oral examination
