implement the process of opening tenders,
examine and evaluate tenders,
demonstrate familiarity with time limits and the system of judicial protection in public procurement procedures,
demonstrate familiarity with the phases of contract implementation,
inform themselves about administrative offences by contractors and subcontractors,
use the public procurement portal,
conduct public contract award procedures autonomously.
