Qualification holders are able to understand the political, economic, social, legal and cultural environment in which organisations operate in Slovenia and abroad, and to effectively plan, organise, lead and supervise companies and other organisations in a changing environment. Equally, they are able to perform independent and creative work in the most responsible positions in companies and in other organisations and to perform scientific research.

Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).

 

Students progress to the second year when they have accumulated 48 credits from first-year subjects.

Third-cycle doctoral study programmes (SQF level 10)

Students complete the master’s programme when they complete all course units for individual subjects, perform individual research work and produce and defend a master’s thesis. Graduates of this programme must complete the programme by the 30.9.2016.
