The qualification holder will be able to:
(general competences)

• demonstrate familiarity with and understanding of cultural and social processes and perform complex analysis of them,
• apply methodological tools, i.e. implement, coordinate and organise research and use a range of research methods and techniques,
• formulate original ideas, concepts and solutions to specific problems,
• demonstrate strategic focus, i.e. the ability to anticipate events originating from cultural dynamics and the ability to offer solutions in order to prevent their negative consequences,
• demonstrate a capacity for ethical reflection and a commitment to professional ethics in the social environment, while observing the principles of non-discrimination and multiculturalism,
• develop communication abilities and skills for communication with different environments,
• work as part of a team, i.e. show willingness to cooperate, respect the opinions of others and fulfil an agreed role within a team or group,
